Usability Score
I developed a “usability score” as a way to quantifiably measure the usability of a website. Using various data-backed calculations, I use this score as a way to identify areas of strength and areas of weakness. By intermittently calculating this score, teams can determine the impact of design changes.
Personal Development
A key element of my approach to managing a UX team is empowering employees to gain the skills and experience necessary to thrive in a user-centric career.
