Isometric Vector Art - WaterSim

WaterSim is a touch screen museum exhibit designed to help museum goers predict the future of their region’s water. A full description of my UX design process can be found in my UX portfolio. I felt it would also be valuable to include my graphic design process for this project here.

Initial Sketches

Based on the research my team did regarding the app’s needs, I sketched out some quick ideas.

Secondary Sketch

After usability tests with some of our initial concepts, I decided to look at an isometric approach. More details on the design decisions and iterative process can be found in my UX portfolio. Here, I’ll just showcase the graphic design aspects.

Final Design

I created a high fidelity vector art concept of my proposed design in Adobe Illustrator.

Typographic Exercise - “Elimination”
